Satan: The Enemy Within?

Christianity offers the best chance for an individual to grow spiritually, but I believe Paul's statement in 2 Tim 4:3-4 is very prevalent in Christianity today. Even so, I would not like to see a world without Christianity. Of course, Christianity is certainly not the only religion that has fallen prey to this malady because Mankind has just not realized the nature of Satan--who he is and from where he operates. Christianity is just the one that draws the most concern from me. The reason for my concern will become apparent as the who, what, and where of Satan is revealed in the discussion below.

At times it troubles me to see the way the Christian religious community separates the spiritual reality from the physical reality we call living. One reason this is done is to support the Christian interpretation of the Bible that considers this world and even the Universe to only be 5000 to 6000 years in age based on the generations of Man leading to the birth of Christ. Science, on the other hand, states that Earth and the Universe are billions of years in age. Scientists have also found bones and other artifacts that have been scientifically dated to be millions of years in age. Christianity's differences with Science are then justified by what is called "faith" (which is actually in the accepted interpretation of Scripture) as though faith has no verifiable support in the physical reality. Faith then becomes the means for each Christian to believe what "tickles their ears" relative to their salvation, Jesus Christ, Satan, and other similar concepts. This opens up the door for all kinds of belief systems that further divide rather that unify. Jesus becomes the Son of GOD who always existed with GOD, the Father, and never had a spiritual mother. Satan becomes a totally evil created being of GOD with god-like capabilities whom GOD has allowed to corrupt Man from the beginning--resulting in the loss of most souls to a place called "hell" where each soul is punished forever, infinite punishment for finite transgressions. Therefore, GOD created living individuals without their permission and then punishes them forever because they did not do what HE wanted during a very short span of time. And so we could go on and on with the many ways the Christian religious community has used Scripture to actually serve their purpose rather than GOD's. Jesus Christ becomes the means for a church to grow its membership rather than the church to truly serve the needs of Christ as his body.

The Garden of Eden Story then reveals the two main aspects of any living being (masculine and feminine), how they function together, and how they can go wrong. In Genesis 1, Christ was born (becomes the Alpha) when GOD created the Heaven and earth, and Christ began his growth from the Alpha toward the Omega, when GOD said "Let there be light". In Genesis 3, Satan is introduced as a serpent. Christianity believes that GOD allowed a mature evil being in the Garden (the sanctuary HE created for HIS children) to corrupt Mankind and cause pain and suffering for all the generations of Man as well as the loss of most souls. What a way to slander GOD! The allegorical interpretation of Genesis 2 - 3 (garden.pdf) reveals that Love (the Seventh Step) can only exist through freewill, and the serpent and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil represented the freewill possibility of the self-serving nature. Satan is, therefore, not a creation of GOD, but a creation of Man. He is the summation of the self-serving nature being expressed by all of Mankind (any entity capable of knowing the Truth of GOD whether on this world or another [many others--would a farmer with 10,000 acres use only one square foot of land to serve his purpose?]). Satan is viewed by GOD as we would tend to view cancer in one of our children. The cancer must die without killing the child. The death of Satan in each individual must be accomplished through their freewill to save their Soul.

Man's Purpose is then revealed as the means GOD is using to grow the Christ child from the Alpha to the Omega (first to the last--rlc00402.pdf). Man is then revealed as the brother, sister, and mother of Christ when we do the will of GOD--Matt 12:50, Mark 3:35. In the same way we are the brother, sister, and mother of Satan when we purposely do not do the will of GOD--purposely express our self-serving nature (Matt 16:23, Mark 8:33).

The information on the bibleseek web site actually unifies Science and Christianity, helping us to understand what we see going on around us. We recognize Satan as "the enemy within" in the form of our self-serving nature. He is the anti-Christ because while we are expressing our self-serving nature we cannot express Christ. He is the life that buries the life of Christ under self-serving beliefs and purposes producing a totally evil life living on the good life in us. Therefore, when we repent we must "be born again"--return to the level of life in us that is of Christ and grow spiritually from that point forward. The body of Christ must be pure without one speck of the life of Satan in it (John 14:30). It must and will be totally perfect.

Many organizations in this world grow through appealing to the self-serving nature--including religious organizations. Recognizing the truth about Satan, helps us to see how individuals can be indoctrinated until they are willing to sacrifice their life to further the terrorism purposes of an organization or similar kinds of evil. Recognizing the truth about Satan should make us very cautious about our beliefs because if they sound self-serving they are most likely of Satan, and our purposes will be self-serving (rlc00102.pdf). Eternal life is very appealing to the life of Satan in us. He grabs on to the idea and deceives us in anyway possible to maintain his life. The life of Satan in us is who we see ourselves to be much of the time if we are not very, very careful, and that life will not want to die.

When we view Eternal Life as a period of time, most likely we are viewing it in a self-serving manner. Eternal life is not a period of time, though, but a state of being. It loves all that produces unity, and it always existed. It is the only life that will be saved. We can only grow in what already is because Eternal Life had no beginning and will have no end. In the end, there will only be one life in our reality--Christ the Omega. Each individual will only be in the body of Christ to the extent that we take on his nature--become what GOD created us to be. AND THIS IS NOT EAR TICKLING!
